Many Thanks

I cannot comment and respond to everyone who has watched me recently, added faves or supported me in general but I greatly appreciate the support. The X-men Archives were a culmination of a lot of hard work and planning. It'll be a memory I'll have for the rest of my life. The experience of making the sketch cards as well (and probably more so) the reactions after the release from various people. It was the coolest thing to see people hunt for cards I made specifically for them or cards I made in General that caught others eyes. I wanted to make these cards top notch and show it. Granted, towards the end, I was more rushed and couldn't accomplish fully what I set out to do. In the end though it's all of you that helped me push and for that Thank you!

As a kid I got X-men more for the art (because let's face it, the various x-titles had great artists) then the story though I knew bits here and there so I was really excited for being asked to be on Spider-Man archives. I had read and enjoyed the art. In X-men I had to pull a lot of reference but I knew in Spider-Man I didn't need to. Just about every character is in my head (along with Hulk and Silver Surfer). Sadly through this that and the other I'll not be part of the set. I was a bit depressed about this until the X-men Archives set sh owed. Hopefully I make it unto the next set because I'm really going to let the reins loose. I love these characters and I love that people who grew up reading these comics loves them too. Todays comics totally miss the ball so sketch cards are nice in that we get a fresh revisit to better times in comics.

I hope you all will try to purchase sets of "Legends and Lore" from sadlittles.com as that is my next sketch card set. I'll be doing (looking back at desk)20 as I know so far but there maybe more. Others included are some buddies:

As well as Ingrid Hardy, Axebone, Jeremy Treece and a few others who should have deviant sites :P

It'll be the coolest set outside of comics you'll ever see this year (because let's face it, the movie cards have fell a little short in the must have sketch card department)

I'm trying to get more people to notice a very talented and well knowledged artist friend of mine : :iconavanzile: His stuff is pretty amazing and has sold at art auctions and art stores. He'd love for you to check his work out. It's not for everyone but if you like fine art you may just like this art.

Once again, thank you everyone for being there, Love you all. Take care and Cheers
